Grab the nearest company policy manual
Re-write your favorite policy in some sort of language that makes sense
Write your interpetation of that policy
Issue the new policy to people with a sense of humor; Issue it anonymously to people with no sense of humor.
Now go get ice cream or a piece of cake - you did order cake and ice cream for your Recess, right?
